Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- Door-to-door economy courier: free nationwide; 2-5 working days from time of dispatch depending on location.
- To Pudo Locker: free nationwide; 2-5 working days from time of dispatch depending on location. Please ensure to specify your preferred delivery locker in the order notes.
- Door-to-door express courier: R70 flat fee; 1-2 working days from time of dispatch to main centres only.
- Postnet-to-Postnet: R50 flat fee nationwide; 2-4 working days from time of dispatch. Please ensure to specify your preferred delivery branch in the order notes.
I am a one-witch show so I may take a bit of time to process your order – orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days of being placed. If there is a specific rush, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate you.
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct address & contact details are provided to me. Unfortunately I cannot accept liability for any additional delivery costs arising when incorrect details are provided, or following failed delivery attempts.
Returns & Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted in the following circumstances:
- If you find that the product is damaged on delivery, you have 7 days to return it. Please take photographs immediately after receipt/opening of the package and send pictures & a description of the problem to jen@fernsandfae.co.za. If you see the outside of the packaging is damaged, please take photographs before opening the packaging. You will receive a full refund or store credit (your choice).
- If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you have 7 days to return it for a refund but you will be responsible for courier costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging and original condition. The cost of the product will be refunded; the cost price of delivery for me (both ways) will not be refunded.
- Loss in transit/non-delivery of a package where correct details were provided: you are entitled to a full refund.
- Note on PUDO locker and Postnet deliveries: I take responsibility for parcels until they reach my lovely clients (you). Unfortunately in the case of PUDO lockers & Postnet if orders are not collected in time the ‘standard’ chain of delivery is broken and there may be increased risk of parcel loss. If you do not collect within the recommended/required time frame, I will no longer accept liability for any loss or damage.
